Before I found my tribe, I felt like nobody understood or cared about what I was going through. I didn’t know how to get out of the downward spiral I was in. And didn’t know where to turn to for help!
Feeling lost and alone, I fell deeper into depression! I could barely get out of bed and became who I never wanted to be…a woman unhappy in her life!
